As such he is primarily a hand's on person actively working with customers to develop their information and data management capabilities. Andy has worked over recent years with organizations across most industry sectors including financial services, government, utility, exploration, pharmaceutical and FMCG.
Paula Cox
IBM Business Analytics
Paula Cox is currently a Product Marketing Manager for IBM Business Analytics focused primarily on the Cognos platform and has over 18 years of Business Intelligence (BI) experience.
She began her career as a project manager designing and implementing BI solutions and then became a BI consultant for a variety of industries. Prior to entering Product Marketing, Paula worked with the SPSS Modeler product in both a pre-sales and enablement role. She was also involved in the relationship between SPSS and Cognos prior to the acquisition of the two companies by IBM.
Paula values and understands technology well enough to be able to have a highly technical conversation with IT, help a business user understand how their work can be more meaningful and interesting by being able to trust their data, and show management how to understand value and ROI and support their staff in their technical endeavors.
