The focus of this independent study was a comparison of the total cost of enterprise-level Network Appliance, HP and EMC storage products in Oracle, IBM DB2™, Microsoft SQL Serve™ and other database environments.

This study was conducted by Mercer Management Consulting and the findings included are based exclusively on actual cost data provided by the database storage administrators and IT managers from more than 20 European and North American mid-sized and large enterprises in various industries.
